I have lost track of time and it's been a while i last wrote an entry. How time flies.
Nothing much has changed these days. Just putting more effort in doing household chores and trying to do workouts regularly.
The weather is getting hotter and hotter by the month. I notice there are a lot more chemtrails this year as compared to last year. The air feels stuffy all the time. We feel super tired and everyone is always agitated, on the verge of explosion. Tension everywhere, in this fast paced life.
Today i did something new. A new workout. It hZ been some time since i did a HIIT workout. I found one by growingannanas. 35 min HIIT + abs Level Up 2.0 Challenge.
I was humbled. I didnt finish the workout. I stopped at the last part, about 10min into finishing. Burnt abt 236kcals.
After that went to have dinner of rice with 2 eggs and miso soup. Starving. Still not so full after that, so i ate some greek yogurt with blueberries lol. Now im full.
