Last Week Of School

 



Just finished my first workout of the week! I tried to do the Bodyrock HIITMax old video by Lisa-Marie. She's my favourite because i love cardio but then as i am aging now, i realise cardio is not ideal for me in the long run. Cant get it done everyday now. So i do it like at least once a week. I get out of breaths easier nowadays. Been doing since i was in my 20s. Now i am 34. I am going towards GrowWithJo. She is another of my favourite. I can do hers everyday.

Growwithjo workouts suits most moms. Working moms, stay at home moms, all moms. As it has zero jumpings, and knee friendly exercises. You can easily modify them to suit your fitness level. Pair it with consistency, her workouts can easily makes you lose weight so easily. Your fats just melts easily i dont know how. I love her workouts because my steps counter reach 10k goal faster lol. I accidentally develop abs lines at the side of my tummy after doing her workout 2 weeks straight. Love it.


But it is hard for me to be consistent. My mornings are hectic. My evenings are too. I try hard to find the time and energy to fit in some exercise but i always end up being tired after doing chores like washing toilet, vacuuming the floor, washing/folding laundry.. Sooo tiring!!! But i am blessed to be able to maintain this size. Hope i wont expand lol.


I have job now btw!!! Good news! Hooray lol. I joined back the workforce on 1 April this year. Just the weekends though. A frontdesk admin kind of job and i love it! I am actually helping a friend because they're looking for someone to cover a staff who's on maternity leave. Glad i could help.


Today I plan to do workout, which i did, while thawing my chicken. Planning to make some mac and cheese. Actually is a creamy pasta, like alfredo sauce kinda pasta but with more cheese. I bought a packet of cheddar cheese for this purpose. Hope the kids love it.


Semester break is coming. I am going to balik kampong for like 10 days. Im going to Melaka. Yahooo it has been like 3 or 4 years I last went there. I went there before covid! I miss sleeping at kampong. I sleep so well. The oxygen level there is so shiok. We always doze off as and when, even when we are not tired HAHA. I hope the burger shop is still there. Cant wait to go to their pasar malam every Friday too. My dad specifically planned to get 2 Fridays so we can go to the pasar malam twice HAHAHA.


I also hope the thai coffee shop is still open too. Miss their pad kra pao and bbq fish.


But i have a bit of a headache to think about how much i would spend to get some data over there for a family of 5. I hope there is like a 100gb card or something. i would buy like 5 of them so we dont have to share data. I dont like to rent the data from SG. Overpriced duh haha. We are also not streaming anyway we dont need superspeed. We just need enough to watch youtube and play games.
