I thought i wanted a little rest today morning. But i got bored and i went to jog in the evening instead. I think jogging in the evening for me works best.
I have more energy, I can run further and rest lesser. I took 2 short rest within the 30mins then i continued to walk briskly for another few minutes until 40mins mark before i just.. mehhh.. im done.
Drank my choc milk protein. Feels so sedap after a long run. I think in total i covered about 5km in half an hr. Personal achievement. After hari raya. Lol. So hard to get back on track.
I love running on treadmill coz i can watch videos and forget that i am panting and running. I like to watch action movies.. or anime.. I could run faster in fighting scenes of Attack on Titan hahaha!!
