I have lost 9cm on my waist, I cant believe i was 84cm and now i am 75cm. That's almost 10cm!!! But I have not weighed myself. I realise I always weigh the same. 60kg-62kg. Just that now I look and feel different. My pants are so loose.
The only difference i did was to use the Coffee Slimming Body wash as well as incoporate the Kyat Jud Dai stomach workout, along with my growwithjo walking exercise.
I was skeptical about growwithjo becos her workout looked like it is for beginners only. Cuz she did a lot of walking. Very little weights, no lunges jumping jacks burpees much. Just marching, grooving to the music. But i didnt realise how much weight i was losing after doing just a few of the workouts!! 30mins including warm up was burning 300 calories!!
Today i skipped tho. Might do tomorrow becus hubby on off day. Finally. 3 days i have been on one man show. Doing ALL chores alone. With some help from the kids becos just want to entertain them haha let them try to vacuum the house but i have to really vacuum the house again (cuz they vacuum not clean HAHA)
I ate pizza again today. I made 2 large pizzas few days ago, that one was all gone. Today I made again using my leftover chicken. Here's how the 2 pizza looked like!
Does this look appetising? Here is the recipe for the base of the pizza (yields 2 large size)
2 cups self raising flour
2 cups plain flour
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp honey
a quarter tsp of salt
1 cup of warm water + less than a quarter more
That's it! Just mix using your spatula, leave it in the bowl to rose for 30mins. Divide dough into 2. Then without kneading, just flatten it on your pizza pan. Be sure to put baking paper first and drizzle some olive oil too.
