New March Workout

 Just done with the new March 2021 first day of workout yeay. Feeling rather sleepy at first, trying to give myself a lot of excuses to skip the workout. I was supposed to start yesterday but i dragged and since i was feeling not well yesterday, i skipped a day :D


     



Semput!!! But not so difficult to do. Didnt really went out of breath.


Cant wait for tomorrow!! I didnt bother to take a before and after photo even for my own safekeeping because i am doing this regularly for health. I have come into terms with my weight hhahaha. The last workout program got me gaining 2kg instead of losing.

I definitely lost a lot of fats but i gain a lot of muscle, especially when i increase my protein intake a bit. Diligently eating 2 boiled eggs on most days for breakfast.

So i thought to myself that if i keep checking my weight i will never get to my goal as much as i wanted. haha. Oh wells. But i feel good, that is what matters most!
