Successful Fasting

I am now about 3 weeks into my intermitten fasting.
And even though i really didnt follow a strict diet (most of the time i have to finish all the leftover dinners -_-) i managed to lose 1kg!!!

And that is with on and off exercise. If i am more strict with what I put in my mouth as well as exercise everyday religiously...

Wow i think i look like Agent Romanov 😂

I feel like i lost an amount of fats that my blouse are ALL very loose. I have to pin them at the back for all of them. That is a big change for me.

For my pants, they do feel loose on the waist. Not much on my hips but it looks smaller as well. My butt fats are so hard to burn. It's the hardest because i have to do lots of lunges and jump squats and such and it is sooooo tiring i cannot 😂 (no wonder im still fat there right)
