Intermitten Fasting

I am on Day 27 of Summer Body Transformer by BodyRock. Sure to see great results. I didnt fast or diet. But if i did i think my body is solid rock! Aha!



I read about intermitten fasting. Lo and behold. I think it is describing my whole life! Well not everyday but most of the time.

We all fast when we sleep right. Yeah. I usually extend that till after 10am. Usually..

- Wakeup.. Drink 1 cup of water
- 5 mins later.. Eat my supplements pill (i have like 3 or 4 different types)
- I normally dont eat my supplements together at the same time. I spread them out in 5-15mins interval.
-So that means i drink so much water in the morning and that's it. That is my version of breakfast.

- Then 5mins after that..
- I do workout. 12 to 15mins workout.
- Then i try to do skipping for 15min which i usually fail cuz im still a Noobbbb. I had a lot of improvements though. I used to be able to skip 1min by 1min. Now i can do a straight 5min!!! AWESOME!

You should skip if youre lazy to hiit. Awesome gila.

I notice that people who skip 15mins a day have a rather toned slim body. Maybe because when we jump up and down we arrange our body fats in order. Excess fat, out you go! The rest please line up properly. HAHAHA.
