Tuna and Salad Diet

I was on a tuna and salad diet for 10 days previously and i managed to lose 2kg in a week.. I did a straight diet on salad for 7 days STRAIGHT.

Oh i am so proud of myself until now for that no cheat day until the 8th day, which was not really what i planned but because i went to my in laws place so i had to eat haha.

I could have lost 4kg in total because i wanted to go on that diet for 15 days. But i stopped halfway. I just eat my salad diet about 1-2 days per wk at least.

Today i woke up and did Hiitmax in the morning for about 20-30mins. Sweating even after an hour after i finish the workout and after i sent my son to school. Power..

I havent have my breakfast yet but im already thinking of my Oldtown Coffee :P I feel like eating Bakwan.. the cabbage-and-carrot-and-dump-in-all-the-leftover-veges fritters. Let's go make!
