Morning Rants

It's only 7.30am on this beautiful Saturday and my kids are still sleeping. Done with soaking the laundry, and consuming my daily supplements of Habbatussauda pills and KColly collagen.. it's time for some morning topic to talk about!



COFFEE
Personally and truthfully, i do not drink coffee, but i do own a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine. How ironic. It's for days i feel like having latte ala Coffee Bean in the comfort of my home hehehe and having to feel high for hours after that.. which is the main reason i dont drink it.

It is like a drug to me. Even i drink just a cup, i will feel drowsy and i will not be able to sleep. I used to be more sensitive. Now old already, not so bad as before ahaha.

Anyway, i want to talk about..

Q : When should i drink coffee if i am taking collagen supplements??

A : NONE, if possible, for at least 14 days. For faster effect. But if you really cannot live your day without becoming a zombie in the office, or wherever u are, i suggest u can limit yourself to one or 2 cups a day, BUT only after 4 hours of taking collagen in the morning.

Sounds good? No? Ok maybe u bangun subuh tu u cepat2 minom collagen, lepas tu pukul 10 pagi u da bole minum kopi. Just nice masuk keje pukul 9, check email kape kan. Check facebook skali, reply comment skejap, daaa masuk pukul 10. Yeay!



Soon Ramadhan is here. Since we cannot drink coffee at 10am, then u change routine. Instead of drinking collagen at Subuh morning morning, we drink before we go to sleep at night. Wakeup for sahur can drink coffee already no need to wait. Bangun je minom. Segar teros 😂

TEA IS ALSO HAS CAFFEINE!! 

Alamakkk cannot also. Same lah after 4 hours! 

Actually i dont know the scientific explanation but i think caffeine kind of kills the effects of the collagen drink. Because it is like a drug.
