Sugar!

Today Mama is going to talk about SUGAR.

(Chey Mama sey.. macam cakap dengan anak2 sendiri pulak eh. Tapi mmg i sayang you all macam adek bradek i and anak2 i hehe!!)

Yes sugar.

Sugar is made up of components that is very hard for our body to digest. Too much of sugar is no good because it is like putting a basket full coconut into the fruit juicer at once. When we cannot digest properly, our health will be affected.

Sugar eh kakak-kakak and abang-abang, actually does not only come from the SIS brand. Sugar comes from rice, noodles, fruits.. Yes!! Even white bread. You will be surprised at the level of sugar if you eat white bread everyday.

Our saliva has the ingredients to break food down the minute food enters our mouth. Our teeth helps to break the food into smaller size then our saliva breaks down the food into smaller substances before our body can absorb the nutrients. So we need to chew our food more so that it is easier for our stomach to digest. Tu lah sebabnye kalau ikut sunnah Nabi kene kunyah 25x! Slow and steady.

Actually my dad was diagnosed with diabetes. His sugar level is 6.7 and his doctor gave him the insulin jab. But it was a miracle that the doctor did not provide the needle (they ask to buy from outside pharmacy because the company doctor did not provide it). He didnt jab himself at the stomach. Here's what he did..

1. Totally cut off his white rice supply, also white bread, noodles, all the carbs basically. He only eat brown rice with healthier dishes.

2. Drink 2L of filtered water (We have AOX water filter at home packed with natural anti oxidants and mineral salts and it is alkaline water)

3. Drink detox fruit juice, i think my mom made him Green Apple + Bittergourd + Starfruit

4. Drink Apple Cider Vinegar with water before each meal or at least 2x a day.

5. Occasionally drink Heaven and Earth Ayataka Green Tea.

Guess what is the reading after 1 week?..

It went from 6.7 to...

2.8 !!! ..without insulin jabs AT ALL.

There you go. You can permenantly cure your own sickness if you just eat right and exercise. Oh ya about exercise, my dad walks a lot after work. Walk at least 30mins a day for a healthier lifestyle.

I hope that readers who has diabetes really make a change in their diet because my dad is a walking testimonial. If you care about your body and health you will care about the food you eat.

You still can enjoy Nasi Ambeng set and also your Briyani but you must know how to balance. Love your body ok sayangs! You will love the feeling of being in a healthier body.

..anyway going to the doctor cost a bomb. And who heals after going to the doctor? Like nobody. Because the drugs doctor give you doesnt heal at all. They only make you their regular customer.
