What are you having for breakfast this morning? I am going to have fresh fruits with Greek yogurt topped with muesli, dried figs (because i cannot find the fresh ones here in Singapore) and a drizzle of honey.
Looks yummy isnt it? Healthy food can also be appetising. It is not always boring if you know how. I have a few healthy recipes to share for a healthier alternative like healthy nuggets (made out of cauliflowers), nutella (made with avocado) and more.. All these are from FB or Instagram and i am just sharing with you. I am not taking any credits for these recipes but some of it I have tried. I will share with you more in the future.
But for now, let me tell you about today's breakfast!
• It is packed with natral Proteins!!
- From the muesli which has lots of nuts.
• Avocado provide healthy fats that can pemote weight loss.. Yes!!
• Golden kiwi that provides 3x more vitamin C than a normal orange.. but i have oranges in there too haha!
• Banana that provide potassium and i think magnesium.
- Did you know that 2 bananas can provide enough energy to last a 90min workout??
• Blueberries that add vitamins as well as aid in the fat loss
• Honey for added flavor and a whole lot of benefits
Wow there's a lot more to list down but i do not have much time right now cuz i have a toddler with soiled diapers i need to attend to.
Remember, eat nutritious breakfast for a healthy start of the day. It will help you have more energy and a healthier mind and body.
