Both of my parents have high blood pressure. My dad has high sugar level and his doctor is making noise and asking him to purchase the medicine (which to me doesnt work because he was on that medication for years but it is still the same).
Tips to lower down sugar level and blood pressure..
1. GET OFF YOUR BUMS
We all know EXERCISE has many benefits. By moving your muscle, even to switch on and off the light uses calories. My advise, just walk for 30mins everyday (even if you look like a crazy person walking around in your house). By the end of the week you have walked for about 3.5 hours!
2. WATCH YOUR DIET
Im not saying go on diet. Im saying that if you try to eat more FRUITS AND VEGETABLES, you dont even need to care much about your 'diet'. My advise is eat a serving of fuit BEFORE meals. But if youre too plain lazy or hate to eat fruits, DRINK this before every meal or 2x a day..
a) LEMON WATER - half a lemon juice with a cup of warm water, OR
b) APPLE CIDER VINEGAR - 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with a cup of warm water
If you find it hard at first to swallow, add a teaspoon of raw honey. Plastic spoon please. Metals will kill the goodness of the honey
3) MEDITATE
If youre stress, your body becomes acidic. When your body is acidic you are inviting cancer cells to grow. So STOP STRESSING OUT. Take a minute out of your busy stressful life and just sit, inhale and exhale everything out. Think about happy thoughts. Do this everyday and you dont need your medication anymore.

How can one's body be acidic? Reason is because of.. Many things!! And that many things is what most of us is doing everyday - the 3 points that i have mentioned above.
All of us are guilty of not exercising enough, pigging out at night, eating unhealthy food (yer satay bakar sodap beb!) and we are too busy with our jobs so that we have enough to eat and pay the bills. But we all forgot that it is a cycle!
