Good day everyone! I am having my breakfast now and I thought I should share with you more about it.
I am having sweet potato for breakfast! Today i just cooked it in boiling water. Other days I cut it into pieces like fries, add olive oil and salt and then bake it. Super delicious and loaded with goodness.
Sweet potato is very high in Vitamin A. It is good for your eyes and skin. Skinfood!!!!
Yesssss.. To get excellent skin it must comes from the food you eat. I dont have pimples, no more dry skin and even skin tone. It is because i am taking more fruits and vegetables in my diet.
If you are a weight watcher, you might want to eat this everyday (but not too much of course). It is yummy and packed with a whole lot of excellent stuffs for your body. I really need this because I am still breastfeeding my 5mth old. She is now healthy and round haha!
