I am writing about Wonder Glow, a Malaysian product which i recently bought online. It is a facial set that contains a facial bar soap, day cream and night cream. I got 2 extra products which is the Gel Pump Cleanser and Gold serum.
● Step 1
I clean my face with the bar soap. This soap is quite strong compared to others which i have tried before. It looks like the papaya bar soap that we can find in the pakcik shops at Joo Chiat or Geylang Serai.
This soap does wonders! After lathering, i rinse with cold water and wow my skin felt amazing already. Despite it having the power to clean thoroughly, it doesnt dry my skin out. I don't experience tightness too!
Well of course after rinsing i have to wipe my face dry.
● Step 2
Since there is no toner in the set, i skipped and proceed with using the Gold Serum. This serum has Vitamins C and E as well as COLLAGEN!
Just 2-3 drops using the dropper that comes with the bottle, and then massage it into my skin. As easy as that. I can tell you that this serum is very easily absorbed by the skin. I dont have to wait too long for it to be absorbed. I used 2 drops and it is sufficient to cover the entire face and abit of my neck.
● Step 3 - final
Last but not least, after the serum has been absorbed by the skin and dries off, it's time for the day cream.. or night cream (later before sleep). Since they keep reminding on their page to just use a liiiittle bit, i just dipped the end of one finger into the cream. Just a tiny portion of it, and dot it all over my face.
I have dryness issue around my mouth and nose area so i put abit more on that areas compared to the rest. Then i massage the cream upwards and tap into my skin when it feels sticky (that means the cream is partially absorbed already). After im done tapping i just let my skin be. And it is not long that my skin feels natural just like nothing was put on before.
Voila! Facial done by myself at home.

After this first use, i think im falling in love with it. If you notice i did not use the gel pump cleanser yet as i need to allow my skin to adjust to this skincare for at least 3 days or so. I also did not want my skin to burn out as the product is very strong so i need to let my skin adjust itself slowly by allowing it to naturally adapt to the new cleanser and creams that im using.
On top of that i am happy that i wont be able to wear makeup for the next 2-3weeks. This is to allow my face to breathe and renew itself. I can still cover up some blemishes etc with concealer/bb cream but nah, i guess im gonna go natural.
The fact that i do not have time for makeup and me time in front of the mirror makes me buy this facial set. Let's hope in the 2-3weeks the result is what i expected!
